I Await
[soft, slow and
gloomy; pause at the commas]
I'm afraid to live, I seek
the end,
my soul... awaits... the
call to die.
In this time of waiting,
I kiss... the night,
embracing this warm
solitude.
[soft yet alive]
This life has no sense...
all alone,
but I wait for something...
to fall upon.
[soft, slow and
gloomy]
I await... my extinction ;
my fall to oblivion ;
my forever-sleep.
[more emotion
and guts]
There's a sense to my
life ! when I dream of
death !
I'll give this child
inside what he graves !
He screams inside !
[the rest is
soft]
You'll never hear ;
invisible little boy ; can you see his eyes.
Head down ; wings
folded ; let him fall to the ground.
This light burns me and
hurts like hell,
[very low and
undertoned]
and someday the darkness will take me away.
